Subtasks are very important. All the major competitors are using it already.
I would like to see an additional pane where the task description appears as you move up or down the Task List. TaskMerlin handles it quite well.
Notifications should not be an either or choice, but should allow you to have at least two choice, for example email notification and screen or email and system tray or even all three.
A larger Collection of Icons, but even more important the display size of the Icons must be either larger or have an option to set to different sizes.
When adding a task the additional tabs for description and attachment is unnecessary and slightly confusing. Either the space for additional info should
be small unformatted area with space for a very short description
OR the area should be removed
OR the formatting toolbar should be visible from the beginning
The tab for attachments should be removed and all the attachments should appear in the description area with their corresponding Icons e.g. Word and Excel etc. Obviously it must be clickable and what would make it even better is if the shortcut or file can just be dragged into the description area.
When adding any Task it should automatically create an entry into the calendar or should have the option to choose whether to update the calendar as well.
